Newbridge NW Psychology Associates has offered personalized approaches for children, adults, and families for 30 years through research-based counseling, psychological evaluations, and training services. We employ cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, play therapy, and family systems techniques to help clients uncover their true potential and lead a life worth celebrating.

Core Objectives

To use family strengths to support, minimize, and prevent children's and adolescents' involvement with various social and educational systems (e.g., juvenile justice, special education, social services, welfare).

To collaborate with professionals and parents to ensure that our clients receive quality assessments and referrals to appropriate services.

To promote families' optimal development through parent/ caregiver training, advocacy, and access to appropriate community resources.

Meet The Clinicians

Andrea Bishop-Marbury, Psy.D..png

Andrea Bishop-Marbury, Psy.D.

She is a licensed psychologist and formerly a school psychologist. Dr. Bishop­ Marbury's primary clinical interest is children, including children with special needs. She has conducted original research and published in the areas of intelligence testing for children, preschool education, and learning disabilities. At home, she enjoys arts and crafts, decorating, and children's church activities with her family.

Dr. Bishop-Marbury received her doctoral degree from Rutgers University and has been providing psychological services for children, adults, and families for 25 years.
